Today’s guest is Michelle from http://www.makingsenseofcents.com/.
Michelle was kind enough to chat with me a bit about her incredibly successful personal finance blog.
We dive deep into a few nuts in bolts, including Pinterest marketing, affiliate marketing (and how it makes her substantial income every single month), as well as how she plans out her content more than 3 months in advance.
Michelle is a delight, and her blog is truly world-class (I mean that).

I really enjoyed this podcast! I love Michelle and also am a paid member of Making Sense Of Affiliate Marketing. She is a life saver and so is her blog and course!
I appreciate that Daniella! Like, sincerely ๐
And you’re correct. Michelle is a DELIGHT.
Very interesting episode! I liked the part about Pinterest for PF bloggers. I will definitely test out affiliate marketing! Disclose page is already set up ๐
Do itttt. Her course is excellent, I’m not just saying that because I’m affiliate ๐
You guys were great as always. Really appreciated the information given.
Appreciate it J ๐
Really amazing how you’re able to get these big-brand bloggers on Pete! Looking forward to following the meteoric rise of DYEB as well!
Hey. I’m looking forward to that too lol.
Hopefully it’ll actually happen ๐
Hi! Can you share where I can find the ebook Michelle mentions – Facebook Strategies Worth Sharing? Thanks!
Ooooo good call! So here’s the link (NOT an affiliate link)
However, I personally think it’s a bit outdated, as Facebook recently announced HUGE changes as far as Pages/brands/companies, etc go. Facebook is now largely pay to play for anybody just starting out, (in which case I’d recommend Monica Louie’s course…more info here.….or otherwise starting a Facebook GROUP (which are more fun anyways)

Loved the podcast until you said you had to get rid of your dog……oh dear.
I should probably go back and listen to it. Don’t remember that part!
Keep your dog ๐
Step by step, super helpful! Favorite one so far! I really liked how she REALLY broke down what pinterest is. As a person who pins just pictures (and doesn’t use it for blogging and reading blogs), this really helped me wrap my head around what others use it for.
